Piggin’ Out BBQ uses a specialized technique in preparing the best BBQ we think you’ll ever eat. Our Rotisserie-Smoke Grills© allow the meat to pass through the smoke in a rotisserie fashion leaving subtle hints of the wood, not over-powering smoke which conceals the natural flavors. A variety of cooking methods are available for any event, number of guests, or location, but your taste buds are what we’ll listen to first. While many know our festival -favorite Turkey Legs, grilled Corn on the Cob, or our New BBQ Pork Quesadilla, cooked on our Rotisserie- Smoke Grills©, our flavorful meats such as Slow-Roasted Prime Rib au jus, BBQ Glazed Pork Ribs, or Smokey Pulled Pork are great for all occasions.
